In this study, it also involves different background variations to analyze the relations between multiple assessment expertise and teaching effectiveness. The investigation was based on questionnaire survey.The research method was adopted on the elementary schools teachers in Kaohsiung City in the 2017 school year. In the theory of stratified random sampling, 420 questionnaires were issued, and 396 were valid. Data were established and analyzed through statistic approaches, including frequency distribution, percentage, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson’s product-moment correlation, and stepwise multiple regression. The main findings of this study were listed as follows: 1. Perceptions of the elementary school teachers in multiple assessment expertise’s cognitive strategies, current situation, and teaching effectiveness were strongly positive. 2. There is a significant difference in the perception towards percetions of multiple assessment expertise in the elementary school teachers of Kaohsiung City with respect to factors, such as age and current position. 3. There’s a significant difference in the perception towards percetions of teaching effectiveness in the elementary school teachers of Kaohsiung City with some factors, such as age, position, seniority, and the school scale. 4. There is a positive correlation between the multiple assessment epertise’s cognitive strategies, current situation, and teaching effectiveness of the elementary school teachers as perceived in Kaohsiung City. 5. For public elementary school teachers in Kaohsiung city, it is significant that teaching effectiveness can be both predicted in cognitive strategies of multiple assessment epertise and current situation . Based on the results, some suggestions to administrative departments, schools, and the teachers along with future studies were made.
