It is an issue of concern that how consumers discover and engage with apps.With the accessibility of information and the abundance of Cloud Databases, Educational Apps are now new learning tools and teaching models. Therefore, whether Educational Apps can be sustainable is important for the suppliers and users.The study investigated how experiential value affects the continuous usage intention of elementary school teachers of Hualien County. Technology acceptance model was used in the study. The study conducted the investigation by issuing questionnaires, adopting convenient sampling method, and using SPSS20.0 and Amos20.0 to conduct statistic of questionnaire data. Research results show that:1. Software Properties of apps significantly affects Experiential Value. 2. User Experiential Value significantly affects user Attitude.3.User Attitude significantly affects user Satisfaction. 4. User Attitude significantly affects Behavioral Intentions of Applying APP.5. User Satisfaction significantly affects Behavioral Intentions of Applying APP. Finally, the study proposes specific suggestions for apps suppliers according to research results, and provides recommendations for future research in this area.
