The elderly population has far exceeded 7% threshold, accounting for 14% of the total population. It has officially entered the "aged society" and the internal affairs at the end of September, 105. According to Ministry of the Interior, the proportion of elderly people aged 65 and over in Taiwan has reached 3.22 million, accounting for 13.7%. With the changing trend of the times, the role of pharmacists is no longer just to adjust drugs, and to provide drug consultation, but to do long-term drug prescription observation. And with the help of nursing staff to explore the problems in the use of drugs in elderly cases over 65 years old. According to the National Health Insurance Administration of the Ministry of Health and Welfare, MOHW 2016 statistics, the medical expenses for the elderly over 65 years old account for 1/4 of the total medical expenses, especially the expenditure of medicines. Importantly, drug expenditures are directly related to the type of drugs, and there are many drug items, and the drug costs naturally rise. The authors collected an average of 6 months of medication and health care issues for the elderly over 65 years of age to observe and discuss the current trends in medication and disease among the elderly over 65 years of age. Indirectly, the rationality of drug use was directly explored by the observation of the various reactions of the elderly over 65 years old after the drug administration The purpose of the study is to collect statistics on the drug and disease of the elderly through the unnamed number of the nurse, and provide the record of the drug use and the biochemical test value of the pharmacist. The pharmacist used the data and used the statistical statistics (number and percentage) to express the research results. This study used Excel 2010 software analysis. Use disguised technical methods to analyze the total number of prescriptions, the total number of drugs, the classification of diseases, and the percentage of medication. And evaluate how to reduce unnecessary drug use and make an evaluation form. Results: 1. Classification and percentage of diseases: cerebrovascular diseases accounted for the highest 47.83%, followed by dementia 23.19%, chronic lung disease 15.94%, and the least disease was liver disease 2.9%. 2. Percentage of drug classification statistics: The highest proportion of central nervous system medication (34.78%), followed by digestion and metabolic system (39.13%), cardiovascular system (33.33%), which shows that the elderly are the peak of chronic diseases group. 3. Percentage of statistics on drug-related problems: The other proportions accounted for the highest proportion of 13.04%, and the second place was the adverse drug reaction accounted for 8.7%. Conclusion: The information obtained from the statistics is a common disease among the elderly. It is still the first high blood pressure and cardiovascular disease in the three high schools. The medication for these chronic cardiovascular diseases needs to be carefully administered and continuously monitor the biochemistry after taking the drug. The value, the rise and fall of blood pressure changes are more worthy of mutual cooperation between medicines, so that the elderly are more secure in the quality of medication. The implementation of pharmacy care can help the elderly over 65 years of age to improve the compliance of drugs due to multiple drug use, and reduce the probability of taking the wrong drug, and can reduce unnecessary drug expenditures, and truly implement the care of Longzhao 2.0. idea.
