However, with the gradual increase in the number of imported workers, the emergence of foreign migrant workers has also positive and negative effects on Taiwanese society. Impact. The management of foreign migrant workers is different from the management of ordinary Taiwanese laborers. In addition to differences in nationality, it also includes differences in culture, values, religion, and work content. Therefore, the management of foreign migrant workers is more complicated, and mismanagement may result in escaping foreign workers. The situation of the escaping foreign workers have also brought many serious problems to the Taiwan society. Based on the national culture, this study explores the impact of the difference between the culture of the migrant country and the national culture of Taiwan on the escaping foreign workers. First, the literature reviews the issues related to the escaping foreign workers, and proposes the hypothesis of this study. The Department and the Department of Immigration provide information for analysis. This study used simple regression analysis and variance analysis to test the impact of national cultural distance on the escaping foreign workers. The study found that the greater the difference in national culture, the lower the proportion of escaping foreign workers, indicating that when the culture of the country where the migrant belongs is different from the cultural culture of Taiwan, the transfer may be difficult to adapt to the Taiwan society and choose to stay in the original work. In the environment, there will be no situation of lost work. On the contrary, when the distance between the culture of the country of migration and the culture of Taiwan is small, the migration may be due to the lack of cultural adaptation, so when there is an opportunity to leave the original working environment.
