Via comparing their demographic different. This study adopted the questionnaire survey method, and total of 500 questionnaires was acquired through convenience sampling, those were processed by IBM SPSS 22.0, with a significant level of p<.05. Independent sample T-test and one-way ANOVA were employed for data analysis. The result was shown: 1. the sources of stress: (1) Female students' stress from interpersonal relationships and overall stressful facets are significantly higher than male students. (2) The stress in sports major and total stress index in 9-grade students were significantly higher than 7-grade and 8-grade students. (3) The stress in sports majors in over 2-year training experience group has shown significantly higher than less than 2-year training experience group. 2. the coping strategy: (1) When facing the stress, male students significantly more often took self-talk strategy than female students. (2) When facing the stress situation, The 7-grade and 9-grade students were significantly higher to take self-talk strategy than 8-grade students. (3) Students who were trained experience more than two years in facing stress, the coping strategy (self-talk, and Neglect and escape) are significantly higher than the training experience were less than two years’ student. (4) When under the stress, students in track and field, and the ball sport major, students are significantly more often to take the strategies by seeking support and resources than students in combat sports major and other sports major.
