Summary:碩士 === 亞洲大學 === 經營管理學系碩士在職專班 === 106 === Tea is one of the representatives of Chinese culture. It is not only a type of beverage, but it is also a symbol of the ancient people's spirit. In many thousand years ago, tea has become an indispensable beverage for the entire Chinese world and in the recent decades, some tea factories have been striving on ensuring the quality of tea. Since 1990, tea beverage business has rose, and it has created up to 100 manufacturers of tea beverages. However, due to the malignant competition and the rise of production costs, the industry was not easy to adjust in the short term. Therefore, some companies imported low-priced tea from other countries to replace Taiwanese tea. This study will focus on the difficulties of developing Taiwanese tea in the world and how it will be studied and analyzed according to its potential. This study has two suggestions: First, it can help tea farmers provide free testing so that quality of tea can be ensured; Second, the companies can organize some competitions for tea farmers, and offer certification to the champion tea.
