碩士 === 亞洲大學 === 休閒與遊憩管理學系碩士在職專班 === 106 === The purpose of this study is to understand the motivation and satisfaction of tourists visiting leisure farms as well as the relationship between motivation and satisfaction. A self-developed questionnaire is used for this study. A total of 150 questionnaires were distributed, and 128 of them were collected with an effective rate of 85.3%. Statistical analyses, including factor analysis, T-test, and ANOVA, were used to analyze the data. The results of the study show that: (1) female farmers in the farm, the majority in the central part of the country, the young ethnic group of 31 to 40 years old, engaged in service industry and the average income is 20,000 to 40,000 yuan, the education level is the majority of the colleges, and the tourism website.The source of receiving information is mostly with family members, and there are no tourists with children under the age of 18; most of the tourists who come to play for the first time and stay for a long time.(2)There are significant differences in residence,occupations,sources of information, whether to play for the first time, and the duration of stay and the motivation for recreation. (3) There is a significant difference in age, personal average monthly income, whether to play for the first time, and the duration of stay. (4) There is a significant relationship between motivation and satisfaction. Based on the findings, the study provides not only advices to the farm owners as references for future management, but also suggestions to researchers as directions for future studies.
