It is also one of the problems faced by Taiwan’s education. Regarding teaching issues, it all concerned about how to effectively enhance learner's learning effectiveness. Most researches are conducted from the perspective of digital teaching aids. It is also studies from the aspects of creative games, learning motivation, and learning traits to discuss the relevance of the learner's learning effectiveness. However, the factors involved are not only affected by the above factors. Because with the development of science and technology, the face of the learning environment has been changed, and the education has continued to weed through the old to bring forth the new, consisting of Harvard's case classroom, learning online or flipped classrooms. Therefore, this study will combine the learning environment and the course experience to explore the relevance of the learning effectiveness. And design the questionnaires of the learning environment, the course experience, creativity, adaptability, learning motivation, and the learning effectiveness. Then conduct a survey for college students, and the questionnaire data was analyzed by using structural equation model (SEM) of statistical analysis method. Expect to explain under what kind of learning environment of college students, have better adaptability, and the course experience. As well as the course experience and the learner’s motivation to increase the creativity of learners, which in turn can enhance learner’s learning effectiveness. Not only to assist college students under Taiwan's higher education to achieve better the learning effectiveness, but also to make college students have more competitive in future.
