Summary:碩士 === 國立臺北科技大學 === 管理學院EMBA泰國專班 === 107 === Confronting the challenges of increasing pressure from peers and business complexity in individual industry and enterprise, in order to survive and succeed, besides exerting such enterprise’s strengths, including but not limited to the control of cost, product quality, effective and efficient service, a good human resource management system containing recruitment, performance management, education training, salary system, etc., determining relevant development and scale of the business growth, is also the very important and required matter which should be highly valued in the internal system of enterprises these days. The study here, taking an enterprise in the smelting industry as an example, intends to explore the potential problems regarding performance management and further provide effective solutions. This study, first of all, by mainly focusing on the study of performance management system in the literature, synthesizes and analyzes the definition and purpose of the performance management and further discusses the methods and practical implementation of performance indicator and performance examination then conducts further research on performance communication and reward system and secondly proceed interviews face to face with members in the management board of enterprises in different fields in order to further understand the actual implementation of above mentioned matters, difficulties occurred and collection of corresponding solutions.
