Taiwan’s economic growth rate in Taiwan from 2000 to now has fallen from 8% to 1%. Enterprises in Taiwan are facing increasing costs in all aspects, and how companies should improve their competitiveness without increasing their turnover. In this study, a case study way through AHP, discuss important factor coordination of the kitchen industry sales, comprehensive study by a scholar of literature at home and abroad to establish a hierarchy of coordinated production and marketing kitchenware industry, and got 5 main configurations, 13 major factors. Based on the problems encountered by the enterprises in the case study, the key factors of the coordination of production and marketing in the kitchenware industry were discussed.
