It will also impact the manufacturing industry, shorter product life cycles, increase labor costs and challenge global competition. We hope to reduce complexity through intelligentization. In reality, the biggest problem is the collection of real-time information at the factory, it maens lack of a two-way connection between the Shop Floor Control (SFC) and the Manufacturing Execution System (MES). The manager hard to make decision because the delay information. The Shop Floor Control System can digitize shop flow management information and eliminate the duplications of information, inequality information, and information delay. The proposed used smart mobile devices as terminal devices to reduce the barriers to smart manufacturing. Use Android Studio to build a smart mobile device platform and make this platform connect to the Microsoft SQL Server 2012 database, input real-time information or output visual reports immediately. Finally we can replace the traditional paper operations, eliminate the slow update of information, abnormal reactions to quality anomalies, and employee careless mistakes.
