In the face of the growing quantity of goods, how to plan the truck route efficiencies that make the transportation cost lower and meet the pickup and delivery demand is an important issue which the logistics carrier must to deal. In order to deliver goods effectively, most of fix-route trucking carriers divide their operating network into "intra-network" and "extra-network", and the vehicles in the intra-network is following the fixed schedule and fixed route now. It makes the lack flexibility in the route, and cannot deal with static and dynamic needs at the same time. This research takes the intra-network as the main research area, and constructs a mathematical model based on the routing problem of multiple depot and multiple iii vehicles and simultaneous pickup and delivery. This research takes the intra-network as the main research area, and constructs a mathematical model based on the routing problem of multiple depot and multiple vehicles and simultaneous pickup and delivery. It is solved by multi-objective meta-heuristic algorithm, and tries to achieve the transportation cost minimization and route balance. In addition, in order to meet the dynamic demand, this research develops a set of real-time freight system. By using the real-time and flexible transport path planning Android application, and combining the GPS technology and optimization calculation on the back end server, the re-planned route is sent back to the users personal mobile device through the internet, and makes the intra-network could achieve flexible and real-time pickup and delivery service.
