The Strengthening of the Construction Quality Inspection has been the expectation of the public. In addition, The Ministry of the Interior have put forward the "Reinforcement of Building Construction Management Practices" in 2016. And proposed to carry out the business of Construction Quality Inspection by outsourcing. At present, the management of construction in New Taipei City Government has already have the Construction Quality Insection system. To introduce the outsourcing resources. It is necessity for the research and discussion on the Construvtion Quality Insection system in New Taipei City. In this study, we used literature review, quesionnaire method, and interview method to carried out this study. And put forward the following related suggestions： 1.It is recommended that the outside professional associations as an administrative assistant. And make recommendations on improvement for different roles in the third-level quality control. 2.In the future, the efficiency of the Construction Quality Insection can be targeted at helping the construction site improve its internal. 3.It is recommended to standardize the Construction Quality Insection system, to establish consensus. And the government can make education and training to make help. 4.It is recommended to delay the planning book survey to stake out control point. And retain the flexibility of government review’s right when cooperaion to outsourcing, and Increase penalties.
