Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺北科技大學 === 資訊與財金管理系 === 106 === The main purpose of this research is to understand the relative importance of successful entrepreneur’s skills based on the perception of entrepreneurs and wannabes. The study adapts Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to analyze the selection attributes whether there is a difference in the importance of the attributes between these two groups’ perspective. The results suggest that entrepreneurs regarded business management skill as the most important factor, however, male entrepreneurs, entrepreneurs with postgraduate or above degree, and entrepreneurs between 8 to 10 years of working experience took critical and creative thinking as the first priority. Moreover, wannabes underestimated the persistence to be less important than entrepreneurs did with the largest discrepancy, while entrepreneurs regarded creative thinking & innovation, and human resources management to be not important as wannabes did. The finding may be utilized as the fundamental traits for wannabes to develop themselves and schools may improve the curriculums following successful entrepreneurs’ perspective.
