Nowadays the calculation of stray currents generally rely on computer software. But when we want to evaluating the stray currents for the overall system. It well takes a lot of time to build a large simulation model, and such a large simulation model is also a heavy burden to regular PC. Therefore, it is necessary made me to found a way to calculate the exact stray current by mathematical analysis not by computer software. And to keep times from building simulation model of the DC traction. In this paper, we are focus on the ungrounded systems because it have excellent suppression for stray current leakage. To searching and analyze the track structure and the leakage path of ungrounded system. And based on this search to derive the calculation method of the stray current in ungrounded DC traction systems.
