How the company can implement artificial intelligence operations to achieve pioneer advantages, provides business optimization and adaptive manufacturing processes to define a critical position. Companies may lose their international competitiveness until transition of developed countries. The focus of research is The Key Success Factors of Introducing Intelligent Operation in Motherboard Industry, which includes companies with similar demand but different industries, and then sort out key factors and suggestions to enhance companys market competitiveness and operational performance. With the framework of The Key Success Factors of Introducing Intelligent Operation in Motherboard, it screens out relevant factors through reference, expert interview and questionnaires, and uses Fuzzy Dematel and Interpretive Structural Modeling to analyze mutual influence of factors. Relationships are classified by the matrix multiplicative classification method. Finally, the hierarchical structure model, cause-and-effect diagram, and dependency graph are drawn to provide practical suggestions and conclusions.
