Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺北科技大學 === 經營管理系碩士班 === 106 === In the past, highway was the only method of transportation that allows access to the Taiwan Taoyuan Airport, therefore, the traffic congestions during rush hours were inevitable. Now, along with the operation of the newly built Taoyuan Metro, some travelers decide to take it as an alternative compared to the highway to avoid the traffic. The transportation system connecting to the Taiwan Taoyuan Airport is expected to improve in efficiency with the operation of the Taoyuan Metro. As of now they are still many options available for access to the Taiwan Taoyuan Airport, therefore, the main objective for this project will be the discussion on how to convince travellers that the Taiwan Taoyuan Airport is a more viable options as opposed to others. This experiment is done by interviewing experts using the Modified Delphi method to establish a clear format for the experiment, and use the method of DEMATEL and ANP to target travelers who choose the Taoyuan Metro over other options and to isolate the key factors behind. The results of the study will be displayed in a order descending form high cruciality to low as follows: “Transfer (Public Transit) ", "Station Accessibility", "Reliability", "Headway", "Train Travel Time/ Train Speed", "Safety", "Comfort", "Fare", "Train Route", "Operating Time" and "Train Load Capacity". "Reliability," "Headway," and "Station Accessibility" are suggested to be improved at this stage first.
