The research objective is to determine the key factors of a PCB buyer’s decision to select the right vendor. After the analysis, buyers will be able to undertake the strategies to select supplier. Also, a survey approach is used to collect data from experts in PCB industry in Thailand. Most of the data is collected using questionnaires and is analyzed by the AHP Decision Software. There are total of five criteria in the first level of AHP, Technology, Quality, Responsiveness, Delivery, and Cost. The second level of AHP were the twenty sub-criteria suggested by professionals from the survey. The results showed the main criteria which affects PCB experts’ decision to select PCB supplier according to the ranking were Quality (0.3291), Technology (0.2457), Cost (0.1765), Delivery (0.1533), and Responsiveness (0.0954), respectively. For the twenty sub-criteria ranked from the first to the sixth are product reliability (0.1467), design guideline (0.1028), managing controls (0.0873), on-time delivery (0.0588), machine capability (0.0578), and market raw material cost (0.0552).
