Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺北科技大學 === 機械工程系機電整合碩士班 === 106 === When enzyme dispenser keeps working, enzyme level in fluid syringe decreases as manufacturing process goes on, hence making the dispensing amount of enzyme droplet smaller and smaller. Therefore, dispensing machine need to be stopped to adjust pressure, which causing low efficiency and low yield rate. In this research, we design an automatic pressure compensation system, which can compensate pressure automatically when enzyme level in fluid syringe decreases, to achieve full automation of production. The pressure compensation system consists of a pressure sensor, pressure regulator and micro controller. Pressure sensor is used to receive pressure data and feedback signal to micro controller, which is with a programmed control algorithm. After calculating, micro controller sends a control signal to pressure regulator for pressure compensation. Three kinds of controller are designed: fuzzy sliding mode control (FSMC), adaptive fuzzy sliding mode control (AFSMC), and a PID controller. In pressure compensation experiments, it is shown the AFSMC outperforms the other two controllers and it can reduce up to 73% weight error.
