Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺北科技大學 === 土木工程系土木與防災碩士班 === 106 === This research uses EPS for light weight, good economy, easy construction, and strong independence, explore the sound insulation of EPS materials applied to dry walls with gypsum board, the research content is related to the experiment of physical characteristic. The sound insulation experiment will use light steel and gypsum board combination of the model as a test body, and place 15, 20 and 25K EPS single fill materials in the walls of each test specimen, or different density and thickness of EPS and combined with rock wool or glass wool into a composite fill material, cover the sound source and test the change in the amount of decibel to be reduced, through the results of the experiment, promoting the application of EPS materials in construction engineering in Taiwan. According to the research results, it can be found that the EPS density is proportional to the Sound Insulation performance, the decibel meter is 100cm away from the test body, single filler material, wall filling 9cm 25K EPS is best for 500, 1000 and 4000Hz, 1000Hz can be sound insulation up to 43.9dB, the sound insulation coefficient ratio of 15K, 20K, and 25K EPS at 1000 Hz is 0.91:0.95:1. Linear regression analysis of density (K value) and noise reduction values (∆dB) of 63cm to 8000Hz with wall filling 9cm 25K EPS, within the human vocal and instrument sound frequency range (250, 500, 1000Hz), R2 value is more than 0.9, indicates high correlation between density and noise reduction values. After 27 groups of experiments, the test body will be deducted from the noise value of the partition wall, It can be found that the sound insulation effect of single filling material is better than that of composite filling material. The research results of this dissertation can provide reference for the application of EPS in plasterboard light partition walls and other construction projects.
