The author collects organic food-related news from 2011 to 2016 as the database for this study and a mixed-methods approach has been used. This study uses corpora to provide evidence such as word lists by frequency and collocation statistics to further conduct qualitative discourse analysis. This article finds that risk discourse boosted the development of organic industries. The good images of organic food make it become the choice of public to avoid food safety crisis.
