Summary:碩士 === 淡江大學 === 機械與機電工程學系碩士班 === 106 === We designed the regenerator of Sterling cryocooler with a diameter of 5 mm and a length of 45 mm. Different mesh structures inside the regenerator were investigated and the performances of the regenerator in each condition was compared. The experimental platform is designed for analysing and doing pressure drop test and temperature test. At present, the completed work instruments for experiment are: stainless steel mesh cutting tool, steel mesh filler and stainless steel mesh cutting tool. The design, drawing, subdivision and packet production of the regenerator oscillatory flow experimental platform is done sucsessfully. Helium gas with specific heat of 20.789 (J/mol•K) and conductivity of 0.1513 (W/m•K) was selected as the working fluid and was pressurized to 25 atm.
