And the high school graduates are the focus of the recruiting of the national army in recent years. Therefore, this study aims at the high school vocational students, through the perceived value, perceived risk and other assessment factors, through the questionnaire survey to analyze their willingness and influence factors , To verify the key factors and problems, hoping to assist the national army recruitment, so that young people are more willing to join the ranks of the national army as the goal.
