A modern professional force with high quality and strong combat power. In the atmosphere of the transformation of the military service system of the country, many volunteers and volunteers chose to retire after serving in the service period. In addition, in recent years, the government has tried to amend the military veterans’ system (the military’s annual reform) in order to promote reforms. At present, the loss of many talents will not only affect the maintenance of the national army's grassroots forces, but also create a large number of defense training costs. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to understand the organizational commitment, work pressure, and any willingness and relationship between the volunteers of the active military service of the National Army. In this study, 420 questionnaires were distributed to the volunteers of the Army, and the effective questionnaire was collected. 400 copies, the effective recovery rate reached 95.24%. The important research findings of this study are as follows: (1) The level of awareness of “volunteer commitment” and “work stress” of Army volunteers will affect the “free willingness” of officers and men. (2) "Working pressure" has a significant impact on the willingness of officers and men to stay in the camp. The family life and work have a high level of staff work pressure, and the relationship between career development and the superior is low. (3) Work pressure of "12 hours or more" is higher, "8-10 hours" is the lowest; "12 hours or more" is higher, "8-10 hours" is lower (4) Serving the Combat Division The volunteers of the unit have a higher sense of work pressure, and the officers and men who serve the combat units are more inclined to leave than the officers and men who serve the combat support units. (5) The grading staff in the organization promises poor performance, but the sense of work pressure is higher; the company's grading staff is willing to voluntarily and the organization's commitment is higher, and the grading staff scores lower.
