Description
Summary:碩士 === 大同大學 === 材料工程學系(所) === 106 === In recent years, common solid-state lighting components for white light-emitting diodes (referred to as W-LED). Currently on the market package to fluorescent particles scattered in the silicone base. However, the resin has poor heat resistance and weatherability, shortening the service life. In this study, bismuth glass with low sintering temperature was used to replace the resin, and CASN: Eu and YAG: Mn phosphors were respectively added to make the phosphor volume ratio (10-30 vol%) and the sintering temperature (410oC-470oC) Glass phosphor. The crystalline phase was analyzed by X-ray diffractometer (XRD) to calculate the residual phosphor content after sintering. The microstructure was observed with a scanning electron microscope (SEM) to calculate the porosity. The elemental distribution around the fluorescent particles is analyzed with an energy dispersive analyzer (EDS). The interface reaction between bismuth glass and fluorescent sintered body was analyzed by transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The photoluminescence spectrometer (PL) was used to investigate the relationship between the luminescence properties and the luminescence intensity ratio after sintering. And compare the two kinds of phosphor data. The results of the study, all the samples after sintering still fluorescent phase, no secondary phase. Fluorescent particles and holes are generally dispersed in the glass base. The reaction between the bismuthate glass and the fluorescent particles increases as the sintering temperature increases. CASN: Eu luminescence intensity is greater than before sintering, and YAG: Mn luminescence intensity is less than before sintering.
