We are gonna put a dent in the universe. No matter what industry, commerce, military, art, entertainment. After the universality of smart phone or tablet, our life style was changed. A lot of APPs(applications) are all bulit in a small and thin mobile smart platform.
The research developed a mobile platform. Trying to code a APP for tracking and capturing a moving object automatically. The coding platform was Android Studio. Importing library of OpenCV for Android Studio. The User can code function about image processing. These applications can apply to many fields. For example, we can put it at airport as an observatory than it can observe position of airplane take off and land, also it can determine the airplane is already leave or enter the airport.
