Further, also found that regardless of the level of consumer purchase frequency, compared with their emphasis on "food safety" Second, consumers buy high frequencies, their loyalty will be higher, the study also found that these loyal customers are more concerned about food safety business . Their loyalty and trust companies will significantly influence purchase intention. If companies do not care about "food safety incident" will lose the trust of customers to the enterprise, more customers will be lost, anti worth the candle.
