Nearly thirty percent of elderly people aged over 65 in Taiwan need life assistance, of which 3 percent are disabled, need be cared all the time. If the hairdressers can pay attention to the demsnds of hairdressing of elderly disabilities, develop suitable products or services for the elderly disabilities, will benefit greater business opportunities in the industrial market. This study explores the demands for hairdressing of elderly disabilities through qualitative research to let hairdressers in the workplace can master their needs. Semi-structured interviews with experts were used, Fuzzy Delphi Method and Fuzzy Hierarchical Analysis Method were discussed in three phases. The first phase of qualitative research expert interviews, interview with ten elderly disabilities. Our semantic analyzed after interviewing, these demands can be divided into three dimensional facets:"Professional knowledge" , "Professional skill" and "Professional attitude". With 22 factor indexes under three dimensional facets to establish the draft framework. The second phase of fuzzy expert questionnaire Delphi method, totally thirty questionnaires were issued. With triangular fuzzy variables and semantic ambiguity, filter out fifteen evaluation factors in three dimensional facets of their demands for hairdressing. The third phase of fuzzy hierarchical analysis questionnaire, perform weight factor analysis of professional ability, calculate the relative weight and absolute weight between each evaluation factor index, found out the comparing importance of dimensional facets and evaluation factors between each experts, then fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of the most influential factors, thirty questionnaires were issued. The results showed that the demand sequence for hairdressing of elderly disabilities are "Professional knowledge" , "Professional attitude" and "Professional skill".
