碩士 === 台南應用科技大學 === 室內設計系碩士班 === 106 === The aim of the research is to discuss the interior renovation construction the “new” wedding hall and the newly built venue itself is the focus of the research. The construction spanned from the architecture to the interior renovation. The process is unique in that it is a specialized and complete service. Due to the changes, transitions and the shifts of business models in the consumer market in recent years, their demands no longer only focus on the cuisine but rather on the environment, the facilities and the quality of service at the wedding hall. Through interviewing the managers of wedding halls and the participating architects, the safety mechanics and the contractors, we collect and analyze the results in order to understand the differences between the “new” wedding hall and the traditional ones. At the same time we take the interior renovation construction of “Zhen-ai Wedding Hall” as an example so as to discuss the practicality of the overall construction process and the results of the management. This paper serves as a reference those who are interested in the wedding hall industries and the interior renovators
