So it has competitive advantages among many local-characteristic industries. The research aims to investigate the competitive advantages of local and distinguish features in Guanziling according to the dynamic capability theory. By means of a case study based on literature review, it generalizes what the dynamic capability of competive local-characteric industries has in terms of four main strategies. They are as follows. Firstly, in order to improve the business in the off-season, the industry actively obtains the certified hot spring and adjusts date of Food Festival. Secondly, Festivals and Legends are the best marketing strategies to attract tourists. Thirdly, reinvention of purple butterfly and Firefly Festival are the best Eco-tourism. Fourthly, making good use of local ingredients and cluster effect create the best effect of resource sharing. The results of this study will be provided as reference for other associated local-characteristic industries. They are as follows. Firstly, under the standard of hot spring law, it makes hot spring resources to have sustaintable use. Secondly, solving the problem of parking and traffic jam by public transport and park concept.Thirdly, in order to plan a complete ecotourism, we try to integrate resources of government and private industry.
