碩士 === 環球科技大學 === 中小企業經營策略管理研究所 === 106 === The objective of this research is to evaluate the reemployment performance　of the unemployed who return to the workplace after analyzing the vocational　training knowledge and skills of the unemployed, and to provide a reference or　the enterprise selection and the Governmentvocational raining course content According to this study, we use the questionnaire survey,China Culture And Social Welfare Fund Foundation Vocational Training Center as a sample object, through the　relevant literature to explore the establishment of research framework, and　discussion on the self-variable (participants' interests and attributes, Learning　Attitude, learning effectiveness) and dependent variable (reemployment reat).　After the uestionnaires were collected, the participants were interviewed in　depth, and then the results of the questionnaire were sampled by statistical　analysis, Validity analysis, reliability analysis, t -Test, Avova analysis and regression analysis. The conclusions of this study are as follows: 1. Interests and attributes of vocational training participators are positively correlated with thereemployment rate. 2. The learing attitude of vocational training participatorsare positively correlated with thereemployment rate. 3. The participators’ result of vocational trained are positively correlated with reemployment rate.
