Summary:碩士 === 臺北市立大學 === 地球環境暨生物資源學系環境教育與資源碩士班 === 106 === In recent years, extreme weather has become normal because of climate change. The frequency of disasters is much higher than before. In order to awaken the public awareness of disaster prevention, it is very important to start disaster prevention edu-cation from school education. The Ministry of Education first proposed the White Paper on Disaster Prevention Education in 2004, and had been revised several revi-sions, to enhance the nation’s disaster prevention literacy by taking root in school ed-ucation. This study first analyzes the types of disasters that are common in Taiwan, and then, based on the characteristics in Keelung, conducts importance assessments of four kinds of disasters, such as “flood disasters, slopes, earthquakes and tsunami, and fire disasters”. Second, we analyze the teaching activities of disaster education, and we find 4 activities, such as “indoor teaching, game and teaching aid, watching video, and actual experience”, so as to explore the effectiveness of implementing various teaching activities in different types of disasters. Using “Keelung City Research Questionnaire for Improving Disaster Prevention Education Teaching Performance” as a research tool. The 5th and 6th grade teachers of the elementary school in Keelung City are the research object. The group random sampling method was used to conduct surveys. The AHP hierarchical analysis method was used to analyze the data. The study found flood disasters, Slope and earthquakes and tsunami are the most important types of disaster prevention in Keelung City. And the most effective teaching activities for flood disasters, Slope and fire disasters are indoor teaching and actual experience. The most effective teaching activities for earthquake and tsunami are actual experience and indoor teaching. In general, taking indoor teaching with ac-tual experience has the greatest effect on improving children's disaster prevention and literacy. In terms of the effects of various disaster prevention teaching activities, indoor teaching has the greatest effect on disaster prevention knowledge; online games play an important role in game and teaching aid of disaster prevention education; watching historical disaster films has the greatest effect; and actual experience has the greatest effect in practicing accurate disaster prevention actions. The questionnaire shows that male teachers prefer indoor teaching method and female teachers prefer actual expe-rience method.
