Methods: Participants were 110 collegiate bowling athletes (33 females and 77 males). Athlete Perfectionism Scale and Sport Passion Scale were administered for data collection. Pearson correlation, independent sample t-test, and One-Way ANOVA were utilized for data analyses. Results: 1. Significant differences were found on parental pressure in athletes with higher competition level and more years of training. 2. No difference was found on sport passion in athletes with different background. 3. Sport passion was positively correlated with high personal standards and concern over mistakes. Conclusion: Psychological consultation and intervention are needed for enhancing self-demand and decreasing negative emotions toward sport for athletes. Thus, enhanced sport passion could improve athletic performance. Chang, Jo-Ning 張若寧 2018 學位論文 ; thesis 51 zh-TW
