Involving the treatment of Auricular Point Acupressure , it may relief discomfort from muscle damage or fatigue after more completing muscle training, and improved muscle function and muscle strength. Objective: To investigate, involving the treatment of auricular pressure, whether the muscle function such as Creatine Kinase (CK), Norepinephine, Epinephine, Dopamine, Muscle Circumference, Muscle Stiffness, Joint Mobility, and Maximal Voluntary Isometric Contraction were significantly improved. Methods: 16 healthy college students were enrolled and divided into two groups randomly . One was the control group (CON) and the other was Auricular Point Acupressure group (AP). The experiment was started in performing the non-dominant lower extremity biceps femoris and then the control group did not receive treatment after muscle eccentric contraction; the other group immediately received auricular compression treatment for 15 minutes , and received the treatment by the interval time of 24 hours, 48 hours, and 72 hours respectively. Auricular Point Acupressure were simultaneously performed which were shenmen point , kidney points, liver points, spleen points, subcortical points. After performing 10 times of totally ten sets of Eccentric Resistance Training by all subjects, Creatine Kinase, Norepinephine, Epinephine, Dopamine, Muscle Circumference, Muscle Stiffness, Joints Mobility, Maximal Voluntary Isometric Contraction were measured at the interval of before Eccentric Resistance Training, after 24 hours, 48 hours, 72 hours, and 96 hours to survey the changing in muscle function indicators. Results: Comparing the previous tested data with treated data, including of blood creatine kinase activity, urine norepinephrine, adrenaline, dopamine activity, muscle swelling, muscle stiffness, joint mobility, maximum isometric muscle strength were not significant difference (p > .05). Conclusion: All the finding items was not significant meaning because all the testing data, on the fourth day, failed to return to meet the previous undetected data after the eccentric exercise. It may according to the small number of samples, short duration of experimental time, and leading to the result of auricular treatment did not meet our expectation.
