| Summary: | 碩士 === 臺北市立大學 === 體育學系碩士在職專班 === 106 === This study explores the needs of adapting physical education teachers in IlanCounty to meet the needs of professional knowledge. The purpose of the research is to have the following five items: 1.Explore the content and concept of adapting physical education teachers in the country; 2. Understand the current situation of adapting physical education teachers to physical education in YilanCounty. 3. Find out the opinions of adapting physical education teachers in adapting physical education concepts in Yilan County; 4.Discuss the needs of physical education teachers in adapting physical education teachers in Ilan County; 5. Invite research findings and find out how to adapt physical education for IlanCounty. Teacher professional knowledge needs to provide advice. This research method uses the literature analysis and in-depth interview method in qualitative research, and uses semi-structured questionnaire as the main method to collect data.The preparation of the interview outline on this study were based on the relevant literature ,and the personal practices experience of the author, etc. The relevant experts and scholars test reliability and validity.The research object adopts the intention sampling method, and selects six in-depth interviews that meet the background of the study.
The results of this study are as follows:1.The study found that the content of adapting physical education teachers in the country includes: Adaptive physical education content knowledge、Adaptive physical education education ideas、Adaptive physical education pedagogical content knowledge; 2.The situation of adapting physical education teachers to physical education in Ilan County The following aspects for the efforts to be created are: government system, school administration, funding assistance, community development, equipment and equipment, parent support, community environment support, teacher handbooks, teacher training institutions, professional team support, etc.;3.The opinions on adapting to the concept of physical education are: personal characteristics, professionalism, and professional growth. 4. Adapting the needs of physical education teachers in adapting physical education teachers to the needs of physical education teachers in Ilan County can be divided into two aspects: adapting physical education to knowing and adapting to sports expertise; 5. Summarizing research findings and providing recommendations for adapting physical education teachers' professional knowledge needs in Ilan County. They are as follows: (1) The government should plan to adapt to the certification of physical education teachers, (2) Legislate for the adjustment of physical education teachers in all schools, respect for professional division of labor, (3) to adapt to the establishment of a separate class of physical education, (4) follow-up research direction.
