And analyzes the difference between the different background variables perceived coach leadership behavior of the difference on table tennis players of elementary school in New Taipei City. In this study, the “Leadership behavior Scale of Perceived Coach ” and “Players’ Scale of Perceived Satisfactions ” was used as the research tool. The results of the research are: (1) The five factors of leadership behavior of Perceived Coach of table tennis players from elementary school in New Taipei City are training and instruction, democratic behavior, autocratic behavior, social support and positive feedback. The highest level is training and instruction, the second one is positive feedback and social support, the third one is democratic behavior, the final one is autocratic behavior. (2) The results of the variance analysis in different in School year, Participation Hours, and Seniority showed that there were significant differences for factors of perceived coach leadership behavior. (3) The five factors of Players’ Satisfactions of table tennis players from elementary school in New Taipei City are Training program, Team relationship, Coach leadership, Site equipment and Personal performance. The highest level is training program and team relationship, the second one is coach leadership and Site equipment, the final one is personal performance. (4) The results of the variance analysis in different Sex, Participation Hours, and Seniority showed that there were significant differences for all factors of players’ satisfactions.
