Meanwhile, this research analyzed the predictive power of the principals’ leadership in learning for teachers’ innovative teaching. This research adopted a questionnaire method and focused on the elementary school teachers in Taipei City. A total of 571 valid questionnaires, out of 597 distributed questionnaires, were returned, which were analyzed through statistical methods, including descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, and stepwise multiple regression. The findings of this research are as follows: 1. In elementary schools in Taipei City, both of principals’ leadership in learning and the teachers’ innovative teaching belonged to the excellent level. 2. In elementary schools in Taipei City, the teachers’ perception of principals’ leadership in learning showed a significant difference on the variable of “gender.” 3. In elementary schools in Taipei City, the teachers’ perception of teachers’ innovative teaching showed significant differences on the variables of “teachers’ age” and “principals’ gender” in elementary schools in Taipei City. 4. In elementary schools in Taipei City, “principals’ leadership in learning” exhibited low predictive power for “teachers’ innovative teaching.” Based on the findings, suggestions were put forward as references for educational administrative agencies, principals and teachers at elementary schools, and future studies. 吳清山 2018 學位論文 ; thesis 199 zh-TW
