Summary:碩士 === 萬能科技大學 === 經營管理研究所在職專班 === 106 === The influence of semiconductor industry on the economy in our country is definitely remarkable; yet, both the quality and efficiency of final products truly depend on the environment of the production lines which are deeply affected by the personal traits of junior managers whose training is drifting into conventional patterns and unable to offer a way to improve. Thus, to infer the precise personality traits that are beneficial to raise the job satisfaction, this study aims to the correlation between personality traits of junior managers and the job satisfaction of the rank- and-file employees. Besides, whether the personal traits of employees would cause any differences is also discussed due to the possibility that the person perception of employees would effect the ranking of the questionnaires. The structure of this study is based on the comparison between related studies, and the hypotheses are examined by the empirical analysis of questionnaires. 530 questionnaires were sent to the frontline employees, including the backup operation leaders and the technical agents, in M corporation in 2017, and 500 valid questionnaires were returned. The return rate was 98.4%. SPSS statistical analysis software is applied to analyze empirical datas. The empirical result of this study showed that:a junior manager with the two traits, being agile and competent and being gentle and enthusiastic, and without the trait, neuroticism, is able to raise the job satisfaction of the backup operation leaders.With the result, this study is expected to be a reference for the human resources department to reform and to be a guide for junior managers to improve.
