Without them, the importance and knowledge of emergency management cannot be publicized effectively only by dull leaflets and advertisements. In the 21st century, traditional ways are not enough to improve the learning effectiveness, and we need latest technologies to promote innovation in policy advocacy, such as e-learning. Nowadays, the procedures of emergency response and accident prevention are mostly publicized by audio-visual media, e.g. various sound effects integrated with interesting videos, but the interactive entertainment is still lacking. Therefore, by means of the augmented reality (AR) technology, interactive programs not only bring communications up to full strength but also publicize the importance and knowledge of emergency management successfully due to the deep impression.
