Learners firstly learn by watching course-related videos then do self-assessment before class, after that, instructors guide learners to discuss and deeply think the course theory also with explain questions during classroom course. The advantage of courses designed in “flipped classroom” concept can extend the learning time and space. In the nine-year course of mathematics in Taiwan, three-to-six-year repeatability of Four Funedamental Operations capability indicators, Student's Four Funedamental Operations power is the basis of all calculation power, if students do not have the fluency in mathematics, they will have an immense frustration in the future of mathematics learning. The purpose of this study is to explore the application of Junyi Academy platform for the achievement of the fifth-grade mathematics teaching in elementary school. In this study, we take preliminary observation to grade 5 students in the Miao Li County in Taiwan for mathematics courses, which adapt Junyi Academy platform to flipped classroom concept. We understand the view and attitude of fifth grade students to the Junyi Academy platform teaching aids in mathematics. We propose learning path for example and will make initial observation for further research.
