In the aged society, disability is an important issue for medical treatment and long-term exposure. However, Frailty is an important risk factor for disability. Therefore, it is of great importance to effectively screen the Frailty of residents and explore their related factors for formulating health policies. This paper used the retrospective study analysis method. The sample is the database of The Aged of the New Taipei City Health Bureau in 2016. In order to explore the association between healthy behaviors, the history of illness, depression, and the association of nutritional status, and Frailty of elderly population, which is over 65 years old, living in the New Taipei City, SAS Statistical Package Software Version 9.4 was used for data consolidation and merger and statistical analyses, including Descriptive Statistics, Chi-squared test, and Multiple logistic regression analysis. The effective sample size of this study was 19,200 participants. Among the participants, 53.1% were female and the mean age is 73.1+/-6.6. For frailty assessment, it was similarly between male and female but increased with age. This study explore the Frailty of independent variables and its associated factors. The results shows that the elderly population has low awareness rates for hypertension, diabetes, and hyperlipidemia. In addition, it had a high 36.8% rate of pre-frail, indicating that it is necessary to improve the health promotion for the elderly population. The research results are expected to support the government to make the health policy for optimizing the preventive medicine to enhance primary prevention function, extending health literacy with health life style to preventive health care, increasing vitality, reducing disability, promoting the health and well-being of the elderly and enhance the quality of life.
