The working stressors were divided into three aspects: external environment, internal organization and individual factor; working satisfactions were divided into five aspects: work itself, work reward, work environment, workers themselves and other people inside and outside the organization; and the stress coping strategies were divided into four aspects: problem solving, support seeking, emotional treatment and transfer attention. In this study, a questionnaire survey was conducted, with 230 pastors willing to test the pastors of the Fifth Central Committee of the Presbyterian Church in Taiwan. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, one-way ANOVA, Scheffe post hoc comparison and Pearson product-moment correlation statistics. The findings of this study were as follows: 1. there was a significant negative correlation between working stressors and working satisfaction among religious staffs.2. there was a significant positive correlation between working stressors and stress coping strategies.3. the sense of working pressure of religious staffs was 3.38 + 0.67, which was between moderate to medium height, and the pressure of.4. the degree of working satisfaction of religious staffs was 3.69 + 0.49, which was moderate to medium height.5. the use of stress coping strategies among religious staffs was 3.80 + 0.42, which was moderate to medium height, and the degree of. The results of this study were to understand the status of working stress and working satisfaction of religious staffs. The results of the study provide the religious staffs to examine the influence of individual on their working stress and working satisfaction, and can adjust themselves. It also provided religious institutions with suggestions to reduce working stress and enhance working satisfaction among religious staffs, so as to facilitate religious staffs, religious institutions, believers and society.
