碩士 === 國立雲林科技大學 === 工業工程與管理系 === 106 === In the global competition, in addition to pursuing high-quality, low-cost production and service, enterprises must strengthen the integration and cooperation between the suppliers and buyers, and adjust the different changes in the supply chain. In recent years, scholars have explored the issue of selecting suppliers from the standpoint of buyers and analyzed the relevance of the supplier selection. Based on the theory of system dynamics, this study establishes a supply chain model which include two suppliers, one manufacturer and one demand market. The quality, delivery time and selling price are the main decision-making conditions. By choosing a combination of different suppliers, experts can discuss the distribution and profitability of different manufacturers from the dynamic supply system, and analyze the best strategy of suppliers and buyers. In terms of delivery conditions, suppliers tend to have a long-term delivery strategy, but it is necessary to consider that the long delivery period will increase the inventory cost. Otherwise, manufacturers tend to adopt a short-term delivery strategy, but it needs to cooperate with discounted prices or improve the distribution of suppliers. In terms of price conditions, suppliers tend to raise the price, however, manufacturers intend to buy the products which have lower price. Considering the quality of the products, the suppliers can make a profit through R&D and quality improvement. We can conclude that the lower index appears, the greater quality improves.
