Many people quickly have got ride of poverty because of economic developments. However, the capitalistic economic developments have also widened the poverty gap. The middle class has slowly disappeared in the society. The society become into M-type and filled with many young people known as the collapse generation, the new-poor class. When young people care only about their little happiness, In Taiwan, there is a group of young men start a business with a service enthusiasm in a community, involved in the public issues positively, I want to find out the entrepreneurial process, the concept of operation and mode of operation of it. After reviewing other related studies, the researcher generated eight characteristics in deciding on a social enterprise. Then, the researcher employed case studies, collecting data via interviews and on-site observations. This research further intends to explore the Actor-network, offers readers the background of the initiators and the mechanism of operation of Lang Cheyn Shin Machine Works Factory. As far as those networks are concerned, it was found that Lang Cheyn Shin Machine Works Factory corresponds with the characteristics of a social enterprise and it’s initiators share the following attributes: (1) involvement in social movement and anti-materialism; (2) artistic background and Hippie Style. As to the industries, they share the common grounds of: (1) the combination of households and cooperative; (2) the hybrid of various social enterprises; (3) non-conventional trading system; (4) the employment of physical labours to fulfill social purposes; (5) arts as a means; (6) help those who refuse to engage in the mainstream job market to find out the direction of life. Young campaigners, who try to practicing altruism but avoid the bounds of the capitalism, hence start their business. However, the reality that running a business may be unfree is contrary to their belief. Furthermore, aside from altruism, in order to generate profits, organizational management, financing, and planning for project operation are also what young campaigners have to learn.
