Nowadays, as the design value is gradually increasing, the industrial structure of Taiwan is also affected. Due to the cognitive deficits and the disparity of professional knowledge between design and client. Resulting in today's designers in the workplace or business did not receive the same attention and professional should bring about the value, even in the social and business, designers have not been given an important position. As a result, designer's value is affected and lower, return is not in accordance with perspiration. How to enhance the social and business value of the designer and identity is an important and must be implemented to do for designer. Therefore, this study will review from the literature survey and documentary with industry-related designers, to think about how to enhance the value of designers and improve industry and social identity With a view to feedback designer application, reference and learning. Therefore, this investigative draws a diagram of the proposed design brokerage model through literature review and scholarly discussion. And this diagram is the focus of the design interview content. Conduct indepth interviews with industry design brokers. After analyzing the interview content and the Primary data, we will sort out the open decoding. Then verify and reconstruct the design of the design broker model from the respondent's point of view and we summed up the following three conclusions: (1)Taiwan's design environment is quite demanding for designers. If you want to enhance design value, you must concentrate on designing and redefining this major. (2)It can be seen from the qualitative research that the four cases are not solely assisted by the brokerage service, but through the added value, which is the personal trait of the broker and is used to help enhance the value of the designer. (3)The results of the qualitative research project analysis show that Design brokerage value, Broker core value, and value-added facet both are aimed at enhancing designer value and building designer brands.
