The scale is produced under constructs of multidimensional ethical cognition system, organizing HRM norms, ethical judgment and ethical behavioral intentions and the reliability and validity test. There were 305 pieces valid questionnaires collected from HR professionals in Southern Taiwan companies. The model was tested using SPSS and SmartPLS. The model is significant existed. In other words, the association of their work ethic behavioral attentions between multidimensional ethical cognition and HRM norms was verified through ethical judgment. The findings support the research model and serve the professionals’ understanding of the behavioral intention of HRM ethics. The professional ethic behavioral intention of professional HRM personnel will be affected by both personal ethic cognition and organizing human resource management norms, but still have a greater influence on ethical cognition. This study also provides discussion on theoretical contributions & management practice implications, and future research directions.
