Good Macroeconomic Environment for investment implies the healthy commodity prices of raw materials, the value of currency and exchange rates, on the operation of the banking system, capital markets and the institutional organization of economy management. One of the main contents about creation and stability of macroeconomic environment is a stable currency. The use of this tool system in our country so far has still been many points to be amended or supplemented and completed. To do this, we need to define a clear view of the dangers of inflation and measures to curb it. Besides, there have been many problems existing in our country, such as corruption and bureaucracy are still not fully removed. It is also an invisible barrier for foreign investors because they will have difficulty in accounting their investment costs, which causes troubles and makes them feel fearful of investment. So, we need to promote the prevention and fight this evil. Finally, it is necessary to overcome the difficulties in developing economies such as differences in the income, the gap increasingly expands between savings and investment, the restructuring of the economy is slow, the poverty of natural resources and environment to develop a market economy and establish a system of synchronization market. Thus, we must persevere renewal policy and consistent implementation of economic policy on more components, campaigning under the market mechanism is the management of the state with a socialist orientation; reform national administrations; diversify forms of ownership, accelerate the process of equalization and boost the stock market movement. A market economy develops really steadily with the system of synchronization market will be a positive factor contributing to creating an attractive investment environment, which contributes to attracting more FDI from the developed countries, including Taiwan.
