Especially when human resources are decisive for the development of a company. Personnel recruitment is one of the key components of Human Resource Management, which provides input to this process. We can affirm that human resources management is the first important factor that helps the company to survive and develop in the fiercely competitive market. For efficient management of human resources, it is necessary to have coherence between the links and activities. Therefore, if there are no clear policies and criteria in the process of recruitment, it will greatly affect the company's production and business activities. In this research topic, the author has in-depth study about the recruitment of personnel at Hoa Nam Construction Investment Joint Stock Company to more clearly see the importance of recruiting in a company in general and Hoa Nam Investment Construction Joint Stock Company in particular, through which the author analyzes the situation and proposed some solutions for recruitment at the Company.
