Summary:碩士 === 國立雲林科技大學 === 企業管理系 === 106 === Recently, there is rapid change in living standard, and it leads to the change on experiencing food and beverage service with the more luxury requirements. Cau Bac., JSC was established in 2002 in providing catering services/ready-to-serve meal sets with strategic business strategy, clear goals and objectives and having concerns to business tools and step-by-step achieve short-term and long-term goals. In the context of the current difficulties, Cau Bac., JSC also had to work very hard to survive and develop a strong brand. The company also have to cope with the adverse changes in the business environment such as changes in technology rapidly, sliding prices of inputs, changes in credit policy of the state... especially the impact of the financial crisis - the global economy in recent years. With such changes, business strategy for catering services is very meaningful and is the basis for my research. I would like to thanks the leaders of Cau Bac., JSC, staffs were enthusiastic to help me in the stage of collecting data and writing thesis.
