The company started from a small enterprise then become a listed company, After some years of growth, the turnover beyond competitors and become a famous brand in the world. This study explains the importance of organizational change by using case analysis from industry environment analysis, Porter five forces analysis and SWOT analysis, Through annual report, the information provided by case company and entrepreneurs interview, this study discussed deeply in relationships among organizational change, competition strategy and corporation performance. It is worth exploring in the process of changing, successful strategy and results of corporation performance. The fingings of this case study could come up with three points of success of organizational change strategy and corporation performance. 1. Frequently review internal and external environment regularly by the company. 2. Builded strong enterprise culture of organizational change. 3. Holded with successful strategy of organizational change by the higt-level managers of this company.
